During my time at Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport, my most proud project, was to develop a sustainable cocktail list for our Living Room Bar.

A selection of RTD cocktails which reduced the amount of water wasted washing tools, as well as utilizing the waste products of other departments of the hotel. The drinks were balanced and lasted long enough in bottle to be sold by other outlets which didn’t have trained bartenders.

Also the list counted with a WeCare Negroni consisting of products from sustainable producers, and out which 50c were pledged to a charity that cleans the Baltic Sea,
